Bend the Rules Sewing Lap Quilt Swap
Update #1
The BTRS swap starts again soon. This go round we're buying our own fabric, mailing it to our partners, sewing up a quilt with what we receive, and then sending it back. I've bought half of my fabric; still need to find a few solids to mix them with. I can' wait to get fabric from my partner and start sewing! Here's what I've bought so far.

I chose the same Lotus pattern and color! I wanted to use the Martini pattern as well, but couldn't find any. I went with some matching solids and patterned fabrics with similar colors. Can't wait to see the finished products! =]

The blouse pattern is perfect for warm weather. I'm going to try a different sleeve on it so it can be worn over a long-sleeved tee or with a sweater for the upcoming cool days. It's a great blouse/dress for a little girl!
