Starting the week off right

It is an absolutely gorgeous morning here at the Cultivated house. Windows open to better appreciate the 60 degrees outside, sun shining in, wind absolutely still. What a contrast to the stormy weather we had last week. We spent a few nights 'relaxing' at home while the storms and funnel cloud went right by. Not something I want to experience on a regular basis. The only reprieve from last week's storms was the incredible sky afterwards. Our house went from pitch black (thank you power flickers and giant black clouds) to an intense shade of red. I'll take this sunny weather any day, although the storms did make for a nice photo.
